Do my customers need an app?
Nope. They get a link and open it in their browser. No app, no password, nothing to sign up for.
How do customers pay me?
Bank transfer, straight into your account, with the invoice number as the reference. Card payments are coming later.
Won't reminders annoy people?
Not if they're done right. One a week, polite, weekdays only, and they stop the moment the customer answers, or you mark the invoice paid. You can change the words or pause anyone, and every email has a link your customer can use to stop them.
What does it cost?
It's free to get started, and you won't be asked for a card.
Does it work in my country?
Most likely. ToolboxFox is set up for more than 35 countries, including the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and most of Europe. Each one gets the right currency, tax and bank details. The app is in English, Portuguese, Spanish, German and French, and your quotes, invoices and reminders go to customers in English.
Can I use it on my laptop?
Yes. It's built for your phone, but it works on a laptop or tablet too. Same account, same everything.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, any time, in Settings. You then have 30 days to change your mind and restore everything. After that, your account and all its data are deleted for good.
